The Wilde home was a full house remodel we completed in Kutztown, Pennsylvania. The homeowner wanted to open up the sectioned-off layout while updating the outdated ranch home into an open-concept living space to accommodate their growing family. 

This three bedroom, one and a half bath Berks County home was gutted down to the studs and the living area floor plan was completely updated to match the homeowners’ vision. The basement stairs were moved to a more convenient location, the ceiling was removed and vaulted, and all-new systems were installed to make the home feel brand new again. 

The Wilde family now has a completely renovated home with a modern farmhouse aesthetic. We implemented mid-century touches and pops of color throughout the home for fun.
